Markos Giannopoulos co-founded the Apolyton Civilization Site, one of the largest web sites dedicated to the Civilization games and other games in the 4X game genre. He is co-founder and CTO of Apogee Information Systems. Giannopoulos was an active member of the Apolyton TradeWars Group, a league of Apolyton forum members and Firaxis employees.
