In 1993 a friend gave me a modem (2400 baud), installed it on my 8088, and got me signed on a Local DLS BBS named Dreamscape. He and a few others took me into this game of TradeWars, told me what to do, made me evil, sent me twHelper, and somewhat guided me along.
