Notes

Software engineer at CERN from 1992-1995. While hosting Trade Wars World, de Jong also led a team in the "Development of a data acquisition system based on INMOS transputer technology and a real-time embedded UNIX -like operating system for a research prototype medical PET scanner. The data acquisition system interfaced the tomograph electronics back-end to a parallel distributed 3D PET data reconstruction algorithm for visualisation."
