The Vulcans

This  module  adds  an  entire  race  of 
VULCANS to TradeWars 2002, complete with 
an entire quadrant of the  universe with
planets with citadels  and  fighters and
mines to  defend them. Ability  to  drop
and  track  limpets,  Attack and destroy
other ships/fighters/mines/planets.  Too
many  features to describe!  An entirely
